Is a full mattress the same as a double?
Yes. Full and double are two names for the same size, about 54 by 75 inches.
Can two people sleep on a full mattress?
It works for couples who like close quarters, but each person gets about 27 inches of width. Most couples are more comfortable on a queen, which adds six inches of width and five of length.
